We have to order online because our Sam's Club no longer carries the Hand Soap Refill in the store.

good soap but it came frozen and leaking in the box

So poorly packaged that one of the bottles seal broke spilling 1/2 of its contents.

I like products but when it was deliver one of those two was broken and only had half of soap
