This product is so delicious. I have converted so many people over to this product and now have not been able to get it anywhere. I’m willing to drive to any Sams club but none have it. Please, please please get it back in stock!!!! My entire family is missing it.

Good with milk

I have loved this drink mix for years. However, this product has changed and has different ingredients and a dark blue label. This mix has a horrible, burnt flavor and is not creamy. Unfortunately, I purchased 10 in March of 2025 and they can not be returned.

The new container looks like it should be in the dishwasher soap aisle. Plus, it's cheaper quality than the previous one. I preferred the old container with screw on lid. Also, the scoop is unnecessarily bigger. I'm transferring the mix to my old container and using the original scoop size.

I love this mix. It beats spending $2-$3 a cup at a gas station. Unfortunately now my husband likes it as well and my four children are sneaking cups of it. It was my one splurge I spend on myself. Now we go through a canister in two weeks. I might have to hide it.

The new cappuccino (blue box) mix is not available, and now they want to substitute another product, at a much higher cost. No thank you. The Mocha in a bag one store had is not a good switch for us, but some may like it fine. The old cappuccino (tan canister) was our preferred product. Who made it, and where can I get it?

Best cappuccino ever

I was so disappointed when this product became unavailable. From the reviews, many besides myself used to love this product. I knew I had to try it again when it became available even though the new reviews lamented on how the recipe had been changed and it was no longer the same. I am not a coffee drinker and the new product tastes just like coffee with creamer. Sadly I will no longer purchase the product. I have not found another product that is as good as what it used to be. Sam's used to carry Mystic Chai tea and that is no longer available as well. For those of use who want a hot drink but not coffee or hot chocolate, we are now out of luck. Sam's would do well to listen to their customers.
