Packaging could have been better. Some of the mix was spilling out of one of the containers. So whomever packaged the item should have ensured the item was sealed; no apparent damage that may have caused spillage.

Bought this product to try because Sams has quit carrying Mtstic Spiced Chai even mail order that I had used & so enjoyed every morning for many years. This product is ok but still not as good as Mystic Chai.

Have been using this mix for several years and absolutely love it. I add one scoop to my coffee along with a little added creamer and it gives me a little more of the coffee taste. Also really good to make cold coffee.

We have purchased at least 10 containers of this product. We enjoy the flavor. We cannot purchase it anymore in the physical store but can buy this product with free shipping within the next business day.

This instant Cappuccino taste just like Japanese instant milk latte which I used to buy. It's sweet and don't have to feel guilty since you don't have to add sugar. Tasty & quick. I'll keep buying.

I've tried other mixes, this is by far the best in consistent flavor. When my order arrives, I take my container, before I open it, tip it upside down and give a little shake to un-pack the mix. I let it sit a couple minutes before I open it.

I enjoy a cup in the morning with my breakfast when I want more than just a cup of coffee. Product has great flavor, rich-not watery. I use the hot water feature on my Cuisinart K cup brewer.

Good starter mix for making frappes. Add milk, chocolate syrup (or not), instant coffee, blend, then add ice. Blend all ingredients to rich creamy mix and wah lah, frappe. Can be frozen for later thaw and enjoyment.

I have been using Member's Mark Cappuccino for several years and have always enjoyed it. However, my recent purchase revealed some interesting changes. When I opened the container I noticed the scoop was noticeably larger...about twice the size as before! When I looked at the label the number of calories was about twice the amount as before, with only half the number of servings in a container. WOW, what is going on here? This all boils down to paying twice the price for the same number of drinks. Deceptive and not good service.
