this is a great item but I won't be ording it in the summer time anymore because the chocklet melts and everything was stuck together.

Tasty, but not what I expected. Mostly raisins and then walnuts. Not much dark chocolate in the bag I purchased, and even fewer seeds. The nuts are raw, which is OK, but would be better if toasted and/or lightly salted.

This is the perfect blend to have as a snack, or put a half cup into my raisin bran crunch cerea, or put a cup full in a ziplock sandwich when you're hiking or tied up in a lengthy meeting. Its a great anytime snack.
