I have been buying these tall kitchen garbage bags for years. They are a great deal and quite strong. My problem is that the most recent box I purchased, the bags are not "tall" any longer. They are shorter and maybe a bit wider. They keep falling through as they don't fit the can right anymore. If I start adding a lot of trash and keep pushing it down, then pull the back up again around the rim of the can, they do seem to stretch longer as they should be. I cannot for the life of me figure out what they were thinking when they made these. There are not 13 gallon trash cans shaped this way. I am considering another brand next time even if I have to pay more. What a poor design. You ruined what used to be a great product.

These are without question THE BEST trash bags I've ever used!! I've been using them for several years now. We have, on average, 1 bag of trash a day, stuffed full, weighing about 15-20 lbs. We have a walkout basement. I toss the bag off our back deck outside our kitchen to our sidewalk which is approximately 15 ft away and a 12 ft drop, so it picks up some momentum. To date, I've not had a single bag bust!

Have used these bags for several years. They were a very good bag....strong and the only leakage was my own fault. Never had a hole in them and I have put some things in them that I thought surely would make a hole in the bags. No holes! I have had several holes in the "new and improved" Power Flex. Guess they didn't flex enough. Like other reviews, these new ones don't fit my trash can like the old ones. Have to use an elastic band around the top to keep bag in place. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD BAGS!!! I will use the box I have and hope they hold up. May have to go back to the Hefty bags I used to use. This being said, I would not not recommend them.....just be aware of their faults as other bags also have.

I have been buying these Kitchen trash bags for years. Good bags, good value. I stored them in a kitchen cabinet. Convenient and easy. Suddenly, the makers decided that they needed to add a "Fresh Clean Scent" to these bags. Apparently, SOMEone's nose doesn't work. Now I have to put up with a disgusting scent ON TOP OF the trash smell. AND, I have to store them out in the garage because they are stinking up the contents of the CONVENIENT kitchen cabinet I USED to store them in. Not into having my coffee tasting like my garbage, thank you. Likely giving these away and for sure looking for different product.

The bags are fine. I have been using them for years. No one can stand the scented ones. We had to put the box in the garage and get one when it was immediately going to the trash can. I am looking for something else now because I don't see the regular ones anymore. This is NOT improved.

Quality control must be non-existent. Lot's of 5 star reviews, but the bags in my box would tear with very little force up by the handle...they practically self destructed. I returned them for a refund and the employee told me I wasn't the only one bringing them in with the same issue...these are either 5 star or 0 stars...good luck folks.

These bags are HORRIBLE!!!! It seems that they seal the bag at the top just above where the flex part starts & when you pull the bag apart to put into the trash can at least 75% of the time the bag tears so you have to go through 2 or 3 bags to get one that is usable.

Once again the Sam's brand was comparable to the name brand trash bags and then poof they raised prices and skimmed on product. I have bought this brand for years and now all of a sudden they won't fit the same trash can they have always fit. Will start buying another brand.

Bought the "fresh scent" variety of these trash bags by mistake. The smell is horrible and permeates everything. Neither my wife or I can stand them. Sadly, we have to get through 200 of these bags before we can move on to something else. I will never buy these again.

They ain’t lying when they say they tough! I emptied out my entire fridge including glass bowls/Tupperware that weren’t good anyone. I walked this trash bag down my apartments hallway more than 300 ft. The orange tie thing stretched almost as long as my arm. It was also wrapped around my hands/fingers & I could feel how heavy this bag was (wish I woulda weighed it) I had to keep stopping & pretending I was working out.. walk a few steps, okay heavy stop, okay go... so that should explain how heavy it was. This bag looks bigggggg, things poking out, the trash going to the bottom. This bag was still hanging on. Once there was like 5 ft left I started to drag bc I was done. Pulled it in the trash area, had to lift it up into a shoot while holding the drawer open. Thought this was it. Checked the bag out, a few holes (prob from dragging), lifted that bad boy up & down the shoot it went!! Hearing that glass break as I walked away proud. & that is my review of these amazing durable reliable smart hefty truth-teller nice bags (unlike my ex).
