Not sure how these bags have such great reviews but they're HORRIBLE!!!! I've purchased them numerous times and some boxes are ok and some boxes are terrible. In the past they were great bags! They were larger, long bags, which is funny they claim to be longer now (but they're not). The bags just barely fit into a small, and I mean tiny kitchen trash. You have to stretch the bag over the rim of the can, which was never an issue in the past. The bags, often rip horizontally across the bag as if there was a seam that busted. At first, I thought that I had a defective box, but every so many bags rip happen the same way in new boxes. VERY BAD DESIGN!!!! The bags never get fully filled so I know this is not the issue - not heavy trash, they will leak. Waste of money!

There are a few negative reviews here, and I'm wondering if we used the same product! I think the scent on mine is lavender. It was strong when I first lined the garbage can but it balanced out within a few hours. The bags are overlapped in the box and are easy to pull out. The fit is great as is strength and durability. Very economical! Great purchase!

We have used Member's Mart Tall Kitchen bags in the past and been very satisfied with them. The last box we purchased are different and while they may be the same volume, the length has been reduced and they will no longer cover the full depth of trash container. By the time you start to fill the bag it will pull off of the top lip of container and fall into it. This results in a less than satisfactory situation. The bag also tears very easily when you try to secure draw strings. This is the last time we will every purchase these bags, unless changes are made to correct situation. I would not recommend these to anyone!

Do not like the new style they slip off the top of my trash can. We constantly have to pull it up & over. The previous style worked great. We have the tall trash can with lid. I have an older trash can with a more rectangular top that might work until I get through this box.

I bought these Member's Mark Power Flex tall kitchen bags about a month ago. Said new and improved. They belong in the trash. They constantly fall into the trash can and will not stay around the rim. When I read the box it says "2FT X 2FT". Well, no wonder! They're not tall enough! I thought it was a manufacturer defect! They're going back to Sam's and I will not buy these again. Ridiculous.

For years this has been family go to kitchen/utility trash can bag. Recent deliveries have not exhibited the same quality/sturdiness. Now bags come out of the box with slits near the bottom and apparently good bags split as they are removed from the same trash can we have used for years.Obviously cheaper product.

I used to purchase these bags for years. Loved them cause they were strong, tall enough for my can and gripped around the can so it stayed put......but the last box I purchased just a couple of weeks ago said new and improved...well, it was new but certainly NOT improved. Each bag seemed smaller and EACH ONE FELL INTO THE CAN. Would not grip at all. What happened????? I think I used 15 bags and each one failed and just went straight in as soon as any piece of garbage got thrown in. Had to constantly stick my hand in there to pull it up. I had enough and even though I have over 175 bags left, I went to the store and purchased some Glad brand bags that does the job....yes, they cost more but I don't have to reach far down into the garbage every time I try to take it out. Will never purchase again unless they bring back the old product. Next time I'm at Sam's I'll return these to see if they will give a refund.

I have bought these bags for years. They used to work perfectly. Bought these March 2017. Now they seam just a little short and the new "enhanced top" slips down into the can constantly. Not sure if it is the new top or they are shorter but they drive me crazy. I will return these as soon as I can. I hope they bring back the old ones; never had trouble with them.

The “fresh clean scent” is SO strong and SO repulsive I cannot bear to have them in my house. Cannot bear to have them even in my garage or barn trash. When I opened the box I got it all over my hands. You know how when you are about to throw up your salivary glands work overtime? These trash bags do that to me. I will have to order from Costco now.
