I have been buying these trash bags for years. Never ripped a single one. This new box, I have used maybe ten. And two of them have ripped taking them out of the can. And it is really difficult to find the strings to secure it closed. Absolutely awful.

Normally, I buy Hefty bags. After using these Members Mark trash bags, I will never buy another brand again. They are durable and strong. I use one of these bags for two of the others, which is great. Also, the scent is not overbearing and a welcome change.

Why is it that garbage bag manufacturers think us consumers want scented garbage bags that make you nearly throw up when you touch them to install them? I bought these today and they are going back tomorrow! We don't need scented bags, DO YOU HEAR US? WE DON'T NEED SCENTED BAGS. When the trash smells we take it out, that is the solution. Not some nauseating scent that will be found out to cause cancer of some kind. these WERE great bags when they were unscented. Don't buy these if you want to be sick. Fresh Scent should be marketed as STENCH SCENT

I see there's a ton of bad reviews on these but I have to say i haven't experienced any of the problems mentioned. They smell lemon-y clean, haven't had any rips or tears, and they actually fit and grip the can. I recently spent a small fortune on Hefty bags labeled as "13 gallon" and they were too small so this was a great purchase in my opinion.

Happy with this product

I purchased this a few months ago and just opened them because I just used my last box. Everyone of the bags in this box have no draw strings. I literally have to tear the plastic to get to the draw strings to properly close the bags. I don't usually complain about things but there are 200 bags in this box and so far none of them have draw strings available.

I've been buying these bags for years. Loved them. They were a awesome value. Since they have changed the bags to be connected and to be torn at a "perforated" edged they suck. They do not tear were they are supposed to. Now rips into the next bag. They are now worthless. Will be returning mine tomorrow! Go back to how you had them. Not connected and rolled together so you just pull and a bag comes out.

We have bought these bags for years, and never remember such a strong horrible scent. The open box stinks up my garage and the kitchen trash can stinks up the kitchen. Not using Member’s Mark bags anymore. Throwing these out and switching to the name brand.

Not a good value at all. I purchased these bags for years and they were of good quality. But the changes you made to make them more profitable, have wrecked a good product. The bags are shorter and not as wide as the original. Please don't waste your money. They're not worth it.

I’ve been buying these for years and now have the same issue as others have mentioned. Shorter, can’t fit around the rim of my garbage can! So disappointing as now I have to go buy the name brand. Loved these for years! Was always a great value so sad to have to pass them up this time
