I usually like the member's mark line, but 2/3 of these bags are so sealed near the drawstring they rip when you try to separate them. I would have returned them, but I was too lazy. I'm going to use what I can and then buy something else next time. I wish I would have read reviews before buying. Buyer beware!

Bought the "fresh scent" variety of these trash bags by mistake. The smell is horrible and permeates everything. Neither my wife or I can stand them. Sadly, we have to get through 200 of these bags before we can move on to something else. I will never buy these again.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever be reviewing garage bags. Truly. The fact that I am taking the time to tell other people to go but these things tells you that I have had MANY bad experiences with other brands. I am so sick of my husband telling me “you’re overfilling the bag-it’s going to rip” when the bad is only half full. He hates generic, but I convinced him that they couldn’t be worse than our experience with name brand. Let me tell you-you get your moneys worth with these bags! You can actually fill them full!!! They are thick and strong.

I have been buying these tall kitchen garbage bags for years. They are a great deal and quite strong. My problem is that the most recent box I purchased, the bags are not "tall" any longer. They are shorter and maybe a bit wider. They keep falling through as they don't fit the can right anymore. If I start adding a lot of trash and keep pushing it down, then pull the back up again around the rim of the can, they do seem to stretch longer as they should be. I cannot for the life of me figure out what they were thinking when they made these. There are not 13 gallon trash cans shaped this way. I am considering another brand next time even if I have to pay more. What a poor design. You ruined what used to be a great product.

I agree with the others I?ve loved and used these bags for years and now they?re shorter and wider and fall right in your trash can once u put anything in ,I?ve recommended these bags to family and friends and even pick them up for some of the elderly in my community.( Please go back to the original ).

Quality control must be non-existent. Lot's of 5 star reviews, but the bags in my box would tear with very little force up by the handle...they practically self destructed. I returned them for a refund and the employee told me I wasn't the only one bringing them in with the same issue...these are either 5 star or 0 stars...good luck folks.

The bag itself is good, I haven’t had trouble with them ripping or the ties either. But the “Fresh Clean” smells horrible after a day. I’ve been trying to finish the bags but I hate having to smell the trash bag every time I have to throw something away.

These bags are awful!!! I used to enjoy the force flex/movement for awkward objects, etc BUT these don't fit the can at all. I placed a couple of paper towels in the bag after doing some minor cleaning of my kitchen and the bag fell in. These are awful. Any thoughts on the return policy?

These bags are HORRIBLE!!!! It seems that they seal the bag at the top just above where the flex part starts & when you pull the bag apart to put into the trash can at least 75% of the time the bag tears so you have to go through 2 or 3 bags to get one that is usable.

I've been using member's mark kitchen trash bags for years, but these are virtually unusable. They say they are "tall kitchen bags," but they are actually quite short. Not nearly tall enough to fit my kitchen trash can. So I put them in and the bottom of the bag hangs about 6 inches above the bottom of the can. The first item of trash I put in makes the whole bag slide down into the trash can. Really poor quality.
