I also grind them and make a “panko” for coating chicken, adding to meatballs and meatloaf instead of inflammatory flour products or oatmeal. Good flavor.

These Fried Pork Rinds are an excellent side for the Carnivore diet. I especially liked that there were large, puffy pieces to use for with my tuna and other creamy dishes. Even though it was a large container, the pork rinds stayed fresh until I was able to finish the whole thing.

I've tried many brand and generic names of Fried Pork Rinds but these are the best that I found. If you like pork rinds you might want give them a try. They're light, crispy and have a great taste. And they're perfect for anyone following Keto guidelines.

These are quite simply the best pork rinds I've ever eaten. There are only two ingredients: pork skins and salt. They are light and airy, crispy, and delicious. They are very large, also, and as large as this package is....they go very quickly! Love these!

This is a good product tastewise and crunchy wise. You lose quality when it comes to piece sizing one container may have average sized pieces, but the next will have bottom of the barrel small pieces and bits with a handful of dusty remnants mixed in. Sising is not consistent.
