I have been purchasing these Member's Mark skins regularly for about a year now. Not sure what is happening, but the quality of the skins come and go. I love fried pork skins and have since I was a kid, and I do enjoy the flavor of these Members Mark skins. But over the past few months the amount of inedible skins have really increased. On some jugs I was winding-up with two cups or more of skins that were partially or entirely hard as a rock! Beyond extra crunchy! (I can handle and enjoy some extra crunchy pieces.) I have started looking through the containers, in store, and try and choose one that looks better than others. It is pretty easy to spot the dark brown hard pieces. Probably one more bad jug and I will stop buying them at Sam's. I do realize that there will be bad pieces occasionally in name brand skins, but I have bought some bagged skins in stores lately and not had much of an issue.

These two bottles came in handy, finally recognized their value as a snack. Watch out, chew carefully or one goes into a coughing fit with those almost invisible particles hitting the wrong entrance, I certainly got caught out of guard and laughed heartily when my beloved ones faces turned red! Keto snack? Lately the word Keto seems to be gathering momentum. Sizable amount if you ask me. 4 Shinning Stars!

I use these as breading instead of flour in my air fryer and they're perfect after a spin in my food processor. My 5-year-old neighbor visits and says "Miss Anne, I could eat some of those if you put them in a bowl" as she points to the pork rinds. Bought this bucket so I had enough for us and her too!

Received this order reasonably quick and in very good and very fresh condition, although it would have been nicer if it had a longer "best if used by" date on it. I noticed that very often NOW, when a person orders products through Sams.com and it looks that it is being shipped from relatively FAR AWAY as compared to where one lives, you get it shipped from a location where the product has been on the shelf for a while and did not sell too well at that area. Thus, products that have an expiration date on them can sometimes be somewhat "short dated". In this case there was however nothing wrong with the product itself, but I found it proper to mention this latest Sam's "sales technique" that perhaps indicates that things might not be going so well in certain areas.

If you are watching your carbs, this is an ideal snack. Let’s face it folks, low carb diets can be challenging. I find myself longing for pancakes (I don’t normally eat pancakes) of all things. Rich flavor is lacking, but these provide the crunch, and the feel of cheating on your low carb diet. Try it at least once, and go from there.

Large quantity for price! I eat them with sour cream to increase my fat intake when I’m not getting enough for satiety in my carnivore lifestyle. I also grind them and make a “panko” for coating chicken, adding to meatballs and meatloaf instead of inflammatory flour products or oatmeal. Good flavor.

I've tried many brand and generic names of Fried Pork Rinds but these are the best that I found. If you like pork rinds you might want give them a try. They're light, crispy and have a great taste. And they're perfect for anyone following Keto guidelines.

We LOVE these! My husband is trying to lose weight by cutting back on carbs. These are the perfect snack item. I prefer the smaller pork rinds and this brand has a good combination of the small and medium size. Flavor is real good. They are a must buy for us

Fried pork skins are my "go to" snack for my low carb diet. (It's working for me. I've lost 40 lbs.) They are a good source of protein and collagen with zero carbs! The Members Mark fried pork skins are good quality and a good value. Most are light and crispy, very few hard ones. I recommend these.

These Fried Pork Rinds are an excellent side for the Carnivore diet. I especially liked that there were large, puffy pieces to use for with my tuna and other creamy dishes. Even though it was a large container, the pork rinds stayed fresh until I was able to finish the whole thing.
