Lots of hard clumps in sugar not able to even break them they were so hard

We love this sugar. It's a quality product I try to buy one each shopping trip, IF they have it in stock. Unfortunately, it stays OUT OF STOCK often. Entirely too often.

This is definitely not what I expected. This is more like superfine grind than granulated. When I used it in coffee this morning, I expected the same measure would make the coffee a bit too sweet. The opposite was the case - I had to add more. Think this will be returned.

it's sugar. good stuff. but sam's can't do math... it would be .75 a pound, not .40
