I have complained several times about sugar lumps, this started several years ago. I even took pictures of some in one package. Someone needs to address this and find out why. They get stuck in my container when pouring. And you need another choice in recommending this product not just yes or no.

Usually I buy that item but today was totally different I felt like the bag alot lighter not 10lb so I put in my scale and waw 7 lb .went back to the store to grab another one to make sure the whole entire shelf is 7 lb . I addressed it to the manger and his only solution is return the item .

Too much process! Can't make caramelized syrup with this one.

The sugar in the bag was crystallized and wouldn’t break down. Several clumps.
