I've been very pleased with the quality of this sugar. No clumps and it's a nice consistency. I bake a lot and have been very pleased with how this incorporates into the sweet treats.

I opened this and it has a musty smell! Gross. The bag was at the bottom of the pallet in store and was compacted, but a few taps and it broke loose as it should be. I suspect this has been exposed to a moist environment. DUMPED IT!

Always get my 10 pound bags of sugar or even the 50 pound bags. Members Mark Brand is just as good as any name brand sugar I've used and is much cheaper!
