After 2 months of smoking, again, I wanted to stop and these lozenges have been a huge help. The taste is good, not too strong or sweet. I like how easy and convenient they are to use because I am not a fan of the patches. After a couple of weeks with these, I am a non smoker again and plan on keeping it that way.

The taste is actually not that bad, it's a mild mint flavor. They do help a little with not getting that withdrawal type feeling from not smoking. As far as the hand to mouth like smoking a cigarette, is still missing. The only thing I don't like about the product is you have to let the mint dissolve on your tongue for twenty minutes and they advise you not to swallow.

I’ll be the first to admit smoking is one habit that is hard to break! Anyhow they come in a pack of 8 containers. They are perfect to carry with you while you are out in the car or going to work. They have a twist on tube. Have a nice mint flavor that helped. Getting over the mental part is really hard. But sticking with this formula and going by what the directions say can help you cut the cigarettes out.

I’ve never really had the urge to quit up until recently so this is really helping with that. The older I am getting and my kids ask questions it’s really mad an impact, so I’m very grateful for the opportunity to try these. They taste good. They have a mint flavor but they’re not overpowering or to strong where you can’ even stand the taste. These definitely have helped cut down so I will continue to use them.

They really do help when I want to cut down on smoking, or if I just can't get out to take a break, and they work just as well as name brands.
