Its HARD! so far with these lozenges it has helped cut down the craving but also leaves a weird tingly feeling as well! I would recommend to family and friends as I know going cold Turkey isnt for everyone.

If I am in dire need of nicotine, I just pop one tablet in my mouth and relax. If you're a smoker or a vape person these really help for a quick fix! Definitely Recommended!

The first 2 days I completely stopped smoking because the taste was awful so it worked. After I finished I started the craving again. I would start this product again.

I guess they did help me (temporarily) stop smoking in the sense that I was too nauseated to get out of bed in order to go smoke. I won’t be buying these in the future because, at least for me, they just make me sick to my stomach.

It was about the end of the first week that the craving of a cigarette stopped. I still take the lozenges when I feel the need. But it is now few and far between. I recommend this for anyone who is trying to quit.

They came at a good time because of course I started smoking and need to quit. I couldn’t wait to snap a picture of these and brake this package open. After testing these Member's Mark Nicotine Lozenge 2mg, Mints, i can say they are pretty decent so far and there’s not nasty after taste either. What’s a bummer is I can’t compare them to other brands because I haven’t tried other brands.
