They changed the bottom design on the k-cup to indent so now the piercing needle does not reach the k-cup to puncture the plastic. Bad design, had to return.

Compared to my usual brand this is awful. The coffee tastes like when the beans were roasted they burnt them. Will definitely not ever buy this again.

This is the only brand that gives me this issue. Contents under pressure. End up having to throw away more than I’m able to successfully brew. It’s disappointing and a waste of money. Receiving 2 rather than 1 because I actually like the flavor.

Having to tape pieces of kcup lids from licensed pods on top of these to "trick" the machine into making my coffee is getting annoying. Good flavor coffee but not worth the hassle.

My wife and I bought this thinking it would be similar to the “Original Donut Shop”...it is not. This is much weaker, even when brewed on the strong setting on the Keurig.

These things are HORRIBLE. The lack flavor and the top of the cups are poorly sealed. Every 4th or 5th one leaks grinds from the tops separating from the cup. I threw away 3/4 of a box and bought another brand to replace it.

Have used these for a long time and was satisfied. Last two boxes we’ve used have multiple bad/flawed pods which blow out the top seal of the pod and make a huge mess.

These were great the first 3 boxes I purchased, but then the forth box had hardly no coffee in the pods so it looked like a cup of tea and was very weak. On to find a new brand. Not consistent.

Just started drinking this coffee and am extremely happy with it. I'm pretty finicky when it comes to coffee, and was a bit skeptical, but will definitely be purchasing it when I run out. Gives it a try!

Just purchased this for use in the office. It has clogged my Keurig 2.0 and leaves grounds in every cup. Will be returning this ASAP. Maybe these cups work better with other Keurigs but not mine which was also purchased at Sams Club.
