[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great high quality coffee for the price. We loved this coffee and we tend to be snobs when it comes to our coffee. I do tend to like darker coffees, but this is a good medium mild roast and taste great. I like that it’s fair traded, I feel better knowing that it’s a fair traded product. If you’re looking for an inexpensive quality coffee, this is it.

The coffee was great but the K Cups are defective. Like the last reviewer, we starting getting grinds in our coffee and from time to time a needle maintenance message. I thought it was our Kurig which was several years old so we bought a new one only to have the same problem. I did some research by brewing several of the cups and found that when the brew reached the end and the pressure would build the filter would tear and the loose grounds would come out. I cut open several cups after brewing and my suspicions were confirmed. Unfortunately, we only have a little over two dozen left and don’t have the box so I don’t think we can return them. Wasted money! You definitely get what you pay for.

I read some replies from the company saying it is rare for these to malfunction. Every single pod I tried clogged my machine and the top of the pod exploded open, throwing hot water and grounds everywhere. No other brand has done that. I got my money back. Never got an actual cup of coffee from these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most delicious cup of coffee I’ve had in awhile! So glad I decided to try these! I usually stick to what I’ve already tried but very glad I tried something new because this is definitely replacing my old favorite!

We had tried several different kinds of Members Mark K-cups with success, so I decided to buy these. They repeatedly messed up our Keurig with an error message about "brew interrupted" and "contents under pressure." The K-cups were pretty much wasted and useless to us. Why did I give this 5 stars? Because I called the number on the box and Sam's Club immediately made it right - they gave me a refund in the form of a gift card and they sent my comments/concerns onto the manufacturer. Within a couple of days, the company that manufactures the product for Members Mark reached out to me for more specific information so that they could look into what is causing the problem. While the coffee didn't work out the way I wanted, I was SO impressed with the way it was handled by both Sam's and the manufacturer. Thanks!

But I was out of coffee so I made up one of these K-Cups because I'm a desperate sleep deprived coffee ran mommy , and Oh My Gosh is it GOOD coffee. I love the flavor and its a nice medium strong blend. Really great quality. Im hooked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Members Mark Donut Shop Blend came in the mail today. Wow. 100 pods in the box. I tried it right away and loved the smooth taste. It was just the right taste. Bold but not too strong. Smooth but not too week.
