I usually buy my coffee pods in large amounts as I like the price! I usually buy one box of 100 Tully’s French roast pods and one box of Starbucks pods but this time they didn’t have Starbucks so tried this one. Oh my, not so good! Different taste and a little bitter. I will not order this kind again.

Don't be fooled into thinking store brand coffee isn't as good as name brand. This French roast is delicious. It has that nice, smokey flavor you come to expect from a good French roast. When it comes to intensity, I'd give this coffee a good 8 on a 1 to 10 scale. If you prefer a medium or light roast, this will be too strong.

The price is not bad for pods especially when considering the difference in the quality of these being almost and even"very little" is a fair assessment of the difference between this product and the one's from that popular coffee store that my wife had been buying for a long time. However, thank goodness that those days are over and now we will save a few dollars every time we are at Sam's and everything is normal again after only having to listen to her complain for a couple of days (she usually complains for a couple of weeks for normal changes). So if you're interested in saving at the grocery store then taking a box home to try out will be a little bit more money available for other foods

Delicious coffee. I like the French Roast and Colombiam Members Mark coffees and rotate them regularly. Ibdont add anything to my coffee, straight black and strong is how I like it. My husband also enjoys them with some sugar. Best deal I've found for coffee pods.

We both are avid coffee drinkers to the true sense of the word, meaning it Must be bold, strong, and flavorful. This French Roast Dark Roast answers all those criteria.If you love to drink Starbucks coffee with those extra shots, you will love this brand.

We were actually told that it wasn't available in the store so I decided to order it. A couple of days later we stopped by the Sam's to pick the order up and were told that if it wasn't there it wouldn't be. So, we purchased another product as a substitute. A couple of days later the order arrived at our house unannounced. I wished that there has been some notification that the order was being shipped, out for delivery, etc.

so I am an avid coffee drinker, and it has to taste like coffee, not watered brown stuff. I'm not a light or medium roast guy, so therefore this really works well. I have been buying this Sams Member French Roast for many years. Amazingly 5 yrs ago it was more expensive!! I located this brand at a Sam's Club near one of my terminals in MN and each cup of coffee cost me about .24 cents...keep percolating!!!!

I was very hesitant about buying this coffee. I'm used to Starbucks. On a whim, decided to try it because it was so much less expensive than Starbucks. Figured, that if I didn't like it, I knew plenty of people that aren't as picky as I am about my coffee, I would just give it to them. It only took one cup, (that I brewed on the strong setting) to know that I found a new coffee to love.

Very inconsistent. We drink a LOT of coffee, maybe a case every 10 days. We'll get a case that is strong and flavorful, then the next time, it's vapid and flavorless. We keep coming back to it, though, because the others are also inconsistent and cost more.

Very good coffee, I just hope they keep it.
