I always got this coffee and liked it. I just opened one of two boxes we more recently bought. I noticed the outer ring on the top is now pink (used to be white) but thought nothing of it. But after trying it, I will be returning the other box. They really weakened this coffee. I could tell just by the look of it while it was being made. Used to be real dark and rich. Now its weak and even on the 6 oz brew I'm not happy with it....too weak for me. Why do they always have to go and change something people are happy with? We'd rather an increase in price rather than ruining the product.

I have always purchased the Member's Mark French Roast Coffee, because I always compared it to the Starbucks brand and considered it very close. When I purchased it a couple of months ago, I was very upset with it. The flavor was nothing like it had always been. However, I figured that it might be a fluke, so I ordered it again, last week. I just had a cup and it is the same as the last order - something has changed and the flavor is nothing like it used to be. I will not be buying the Member's Mark French Roast again. I have lost too much money on a product that is inferior.

I had to edit and revise this because my first review was flagged as inappropriate. I will just say that the product leaked about 2 out of 3 times out the top of the cup. You can use your imagination to determine how that would make a person feel. Time to relax to a nice cup of coffee... oh wait, I have coffee grounds shooting out the side of my $100 machine. Never had it happen with any other cups either. If this is flagged as inappropriate, I better receive a call from the CEO, cause I’ve burnt my fingers trying to deal with this manufacturer problem. POOR DELIVERY - Product was delivered sometime in the evening. We were not alerted that it had been left near our front door "IN THE RAIN". Found the rain-soaked carton the next morning. Fortunately, the contents were not damaged. How difficult would it have been to at least ring our bell or knock on the door.? I think that SAM'S use their own delivery people. If it were up to me, I'd fire this one.!!

I purchased this because Sam's was out of my normal brand Mc Cafe coffee. Well I have only had one cup and didn't drink a third of it because the taste was so bitter. I love dark roast coffee but this was terrible. Now I have 99 Kcups that I will never use.

I have had a K-cup brewer since they first came out. I often try different coffee to see what is the best. I certainly understand that everyone has a different affinity to different blends in their coffees. However .... This is easily the worst coffee that I have EVER purchased for my K-cup coffee maker in over 6 years. Just shake the coffee cups and you will see why - there is so little coffee in the cup, I thought I had a bad one that may have not been filled by the machine. This was not the case, as many more had very little coffee in the k-cup too. I can't imagine why there are some good reviews for this product. Not only is it not a French Roast, it isn't even on par with regular blends. I usually don't write scathing reviews, but after "suffering through" quite a few of these blends (yes, I tried about 20 cups before writing this), I may just throw the rest out. I would like to think this was a quality control issue on the batch of coffee that I had purchased, but after trying so many cups, I find even that hard to believe. It is really that bad.
