I have been taking this product for 15 yrs and it has kept me from getting a knee replacement. My knees would grind when I moved them and they are great now. If you start taking this product, do not give up. It took almost a year before my knees stopped grinding. My Brother, who was a medic in Viet Nam got me started on it.

I have taken this specific Glucosamine tablet for over 20 years. At some point in the last few, my doctor insisted it didn't really help. I stopped taking it for about a month and the pain in my knee got worse. I reordered and have not stopped taking it ever since. I believe it really does help, though I'm also now on pain meds.

I don’t know if taking chondroitin and glucosamine helps joints or not. There is some limited evidence that it may help with arthritis and it does have some anti-inflammatory properties. I take one twice daily of the triple strength tablet with good results. At least this Member’s Mark brand is priced reasonably.

I honestly can’t say without a doubt that these things do anything. However, I been taking them for a while so I don’t want to see if not using them makes a difference. Joint issues, aches and pain increase as we age and these are supposed to help that. My pain isn’t tremendous and I don’t want to find out if it would increase if I stopped taking them😵‍💫

Seriously, if you have not tried, and have been having joint pain, including lower back pain. It makes a difference! Going off for several days, joint pain returns. So it make a difference to me. I have had several broken bones, in the past couple of years, and it has helped tremendously.

Definitely makes a difference in my knees, can't function well without it
