I took this for a week and it works really well for my knees, BUT, I also started having hair loss / thinning taking them. I immediately stopped taking them, and my hair stopped shedding like crazy.

Wow I could really feel a difference in just a week. The pills are pretty big but at least they have like a vanilla kind of flavor so you're not gagging on the taste. I haven't tried any other ones to compare though too but I'm happy with this.

This is a revised ingredient from which, I have been purchasing for 10-15 years and this isn’t as effective as the old formula. Please, revert back to the old formula as it truly kept my joints from hurting.

I've been buying this for almost 15 years and my local Sam's Club no longer has it. I truly hope that this isn't being removed from the market as it truly removes the pain from my elbows.
