Wow I could really feel a difference in just a week. The pills are pretty big but at least they have like a vanilla kind of flavor so you're not gagging on the taste. I haven't tried any other ones to compare though too but I'm happy with this.

This is a revised ingredient from which, I have been purchasing for 10-15 years and this isn’t as effective as the old formula. Please, revert back to the old formula as it truly kept my joints from hurting.

I took this for a week and it works really well for my knees, BUT, I also started having hair loss / thinning taking them. I immediately stopped taking them, and my hair stopped shedding like crazy.

Need to take for over 4 months before you get relief. I cannot find where it says it’s made in China.
