I have had knee issues for years. I had surgery many years ago on one knee and developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). I ran out one time and switched to MoveFree another only to have the knee pain return. Once back on this product, both times, the knee pain subsided in about a month of using the product. I highly recommend it.

I have used Members Mark Glucosamine and Chondroitin pills for many, many years, and they have helped. However, they have changed them, and the latest iteration starts to deteriorate in my pill case after just a few days. I always prepare 2 weeks worth, my husband more, and we've never had an issue before. I'm very disappointed. It makes me worried that the ingredients are also deteriorating that fast. I do NOT trust or recommend the new, gray label version.
