We get it for the dog (dog version) so I figured it would help with my shoulder. Its not a cureall but does help stiffness, flexibility and pain.

At the urging of my wife I began taking Glucosamine Chondroitin when my bone scan showed a problem. After two years, my bone scan is now within normal limits and I no longer need a prescription medication.

I've given it 6 weeks, I notice no difference in my knees. I've tried other brands in the past that have helped but decided to try and save money, that didn't work out so well of me.

Went to an orthopedic doctor a while back because of knee issues. I have arthritis and a small meniscus tear in my left knee. I also had pain in the back of my knee that kept me from standing for long periods of time. Can't forget the creaking and popping. The doctor recommended these. They have worked wonders! No more pain, creaking or popping!

Have been using this for 3 months now. I wanted to wait and write a review after it had been in my system for a while. I am 46 and drive a commercial truck. My knees have been popping,cracking and painful as I age. My father has had both knees replaced. Maybe it's hereditary for me to go thru the same thing. I have heard by taking supplements early on can help. I am hear to say this stuff is working for me! I rarely have any knee pain anymore. Amazing. Heard some negative reviews about taste and size of pills. Take 2 a day. One in morning and one in afternoon. I think they smell great. Kinda, like some protein powdershakes do. It does contain shellfish. Guess that would impose problem for some.

my bad...but writing to remind others: there are plenty of other gluco/chond items that don't require you ingesting this much sodium. I normally order another brand, but just saw this was glucosamine chondroitin at a good sam's club price and didn't think to check the sodium content - there's no way I want to ingest several hundred more mgs of sodium daily. I have a hard enough time keeping sodium low in my diet, considering it's added to so many foods.

Advised by doctor to take glucosamine & chondroitin for joint pain. My research revealed that this Members Mark supplement was highly rated by a well-known independent third party lab for purity and content. .Only issue however, be aware the pills are large. I continue to take this product and would recommend this product to a friend.

Bought this in store and since using this product I noticed a big difference in my left leg joint. I can move my leg with very little pain now compared to before when I didn't have this supplement. I'm just on my first bottle, hopefully sooner I can totally get rid of the pain with the help of this supplement.
