I've given it 6 weeks, I notice no difference in my knees. I've tried other brands in the past that have helped but decided to try and save money, that didn't work out so well of me.

My research revealed that this Members Mark supplement was highly rated by a well-known independent third party lab for purity and content. .Only issue however, be aware the pills are large. I continue to take this product and would recommend this product to a friend.
