Member's Mark products are usually very good but this is HORRIBLE! I would give it zero stars if I could. It is mostly fat and gristle. I can't even take it back because the bag tore when I tried to open it and I put it in a ziploc bag :-(

Doesn’t compare to Hormel bacon bits at all. Full of gristle and tough chunks. I was embarrassed by guests about using in a holiday casserole. NEVER AGAIN!
