I can crisp these up if I want, freeze in portions to use later. My youngest would happily snack on them by the handful.

I've bought this bacon for a long time with no issues. The last time I opened a new package, the bacon was covered in green mold. It was disgusting. I don't think I can continue to buy this now. I tried to post a picture of the moldy bacon but this website said it was too large. I was able to post the picture I took of the lot number on the package.

Seems to be a good amount of gristle as compared to previous years.
