Best Bacon! I keep it in the freezer as it breaks up so easy. I love using it for cheesy bacon garlic bread but it's great for everything! With the price of bacon it's a GREAT buy and SO easy!

I keep this precooked crumbled bacon in my freezer for extended shelf life. I take out what ever is needed at the time. I love to use this bacon anywhere a recipe calls for chopped or crumbled bacon. Perfect in salads, omelets etc.

Excellent product for topping salads and also good for adding to homemade potato soups. But they do get a little hard as they age in the fridge so eat them within a few days of opening the bag!

These have good flavor and work well to enhance my cooking. This is the second bag that I have purchased that contained quite a bit of gristle, which is disappointing when you bite into a piece.

Maybe I just got a bad bag but we've used this product for years and years. Much better than the other big warehouse brand product. But this last bag we bought had so many fatty and gristly pieces. Very disappointing. We'll try one more bag when this one is empty and if that's the same we're done. We'll have to find a new product or just cook and crumble up our own from now on.

Not sure if something has changed because lI've been purchasing these for years and they have been great. The LAST 5 OR 6 BAGS HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE. There's tough chewy prices that ruin the dish I use them in. Almost like its the hard pigskin. disappointed in a product that was previously amazing.

What has happened to the “quality”bacon bits I've been buying for years from Sam's? I'm shocked at the amount of gristle in the product! My family has asked what kind of bacon I use in my Loaded baked Potato Soup, because they say it is chewy. I'm sorry I won't be purchasing this item anymore.

I get it - making crumbled bacon that everyone likes must be a challenge. This is the third packaging I have purchased over the years and by far the worst. So far, every serving has had multiple large grisly clumps. My advice: don't use this in salad, quiche or for your mother-in-law, for you will not be happy with the outcome. As for me, even though the product has very good flavor, because of the texture I am waiting until the next packaging (and hopefully new manufacturer) to buy this product again. In fact, I will return the remainder of my open package so that Sam's Club knows how bad this version of the product really is.

Most of the bag contained large fat pieces which can incite gagging when chewed. To circumvent that I usually fry them for a bit before pouring egg over them for omelets, the fat keeps the egg from sticking and adds a bit more flavor. Works the same for mashed potatoes.

Been buying these at Sam's for several years now. This last package I got is not good. The packaging has change and so has the taste and they are hard to eat. I once used these on all sorts of food. And also just eat handful at times but no more. I can hardly chew them they are so hard and tough. My dog likes that we can't eat them so he gets a nice treat.
