There is a lot of fatty pieces

Disappointed! More chunks of fat and gristle than bacon.

Great flavor, but alot of chewy; fatty pieces in this bag.

These used to be great, but the last several years they’ve gone downhill. There are pieces so tough they are not even chewable—more like hide than bacon meat. I would be embarrassed to serve them to guests.

What has happened to the “quality”bacon bits I’ve been buying for years from Sam’s? I’m shocked at the amount of gristle in the product! My family has asked what kind of bacon I use in my Loaded baked Potato Soup, because they say it is chewy. I’m sorry I won’t be purchasing this item anymore.

I have bought several packs of these bacon bits over the years, they are always the same. Pieces of bacon, yes, but also large pieces of gristle, fat, parts of rock hard meat, and unknown parts they grind up and put in their bacon bits bag. Absolutely no taste of real bacon! The pieces are so tuff, you can only put a few in a salad or in an omelete, otherwise they dominate and ruin your meal. Many times, I just decide not to use them because they have no taste at all. Not the worst bacon bits on the market, but certainly not a good quality. Could be a good product if they improve the quality.

It molded in less than 2 months Even in the Refrigerator... I Bought it right before Christmas 2025 by Feb 26 it's covered in Green %26 White Fuzzy Mold.. ...... I Live 3 hrs from Sam's Club, so I guess it's $8 in the garbage... I'm Against Loosing $$ on Food That is already Soo expensive.. we are not a blessed family to be wealthy.. We got our Sam's Benefit for my Son's Military 🎖️🪖 Service %26 Joined, So Money is always Tight, If We Choose To Get Something It's like a Specialty Item for us... I'm Sure Some Of You Will Laugh At Us For This.. However Bacon is a Treat In Our House, %26 This Was Bought To Be A Treat.. So Yes I'm Devastated Over $8. Forgive Me. I Really Would Appreciate It If Sam's Would Replace It Free Of Charge..

This isn't even close to what it used to be. It seems like it's not fully cooked. Some pieces are so fatty but even worse, there are pieces that are so hard you literally can't chew it. I won't let my grandkids have any because I'm scared it'll break their teeth. It's scary to think what these hard inedible pieces are, but what I do know is they aren't bacon. Won't be buying again. Sam's, do better.

Been buying these at Sam’s for several years now. This last package I got is not good. The packaging has change and so has the taste and they are hard to eat. I once used these on all sorts of food. And also just eat handful at times but no more. I can hardly chew them they are so hard and tough. My dog likes that we can’t eat them so he gets a nice treat.

Id give the Member's Mark Real Crumbled Bacon 10 stars if it was an option, they are THAT Great!!! We have omelette's that went from so-so to Awesome using these Bacon Bits. Added to potatoe soup with some grated Gouda and it became a weekly dinner, Loaded Potatoe soup, another easy meal that helps stretch that dollar!!! These bacon bits are VERY lean and taste GREAT and make anything you add them to into a tasty filling meal. Member's Mark Real Crumbled Bacon are a staple for us now, well worth every cent! Enjoy!
