The new version is not as strong as the older version. The new version weighs one less gram than the old version. You would think that a gram wouldn’t matter, it truly does. Unfortunately, will have to find something else and will not repurchase.

Family have been buying these paper plates for a long time. We use them to microwave, for barbecues, picnics, kids lunches etc. But this last time we bought this product, the plates are thinner and lighter than before, not as good of a quality. We had been relying on the fact that these are heavy duty and can stand up to most uses - but now we will have to look for a different brand. That's too bad because they were perfect for everything.

if I wanted walmart standard materials, i would shop at walmart. I pay the extra money to get better products at sams. I guess I will have to just start shopping at walmart if i get the same products at sams. I used to by these all the time, the new product is as flimsy as the cheap brands at walmart.
