This is my first time trying a white balsamic vinaigrette, so perhaps this is normal for this flavor of dressing, but I missed the sweet and sour tang I taste when I use dark balsamic vinaigrette. This dressing to me was bland, even though I shook it up really well. My salad tasted almost like it had plain vegetable oil on it.

...but way too sweet. Balsamic is already sweet, why over do that with so much added sugar? If used as a marinade for anything to be grilled, you'd have to watch for excessive charring. As far as a dressing, I'm going to try to temper the sweetness by thinning it out with some more oil, vinegar and salt.

We use this white balsamic with fresh cilantro as a marinade on grilled shrimp, & it was absolutely amazing! We eat it on salads, potatoes, zucchini and other steamed vegetables as well as for grilling chicken & shrimp. I hope Sam's doesn't discontinue this! It will be irreplaceable. It's amazing!

I have been buying this salad dressing for several years and it is the absolute best. I keep several bottles in my pantry at all times and it is my go-to dressing. Light, refreshing, reasonable calorie count, love it. Wish they still carried it in the store, but as long as I can buy it online, I'm good.

This dressing is incredible! My fiancé and I were both amazed by the complex flavors of the vinegar, herbs and citrus. We were saying that it would be great in pasta salad and as a marinade. It's also pretty low in calories and fat. You've got to try it!

This is our favorite salad dressing! My husband and I both really love it. It's got a great flavor, not too vinegary yet not too sweet, with a surprising citrus and herb flavor that we absolutely love! We've only tried it as a salad dressing, but it should be good as a marinade, too. I used it in a pasta salad (with summer sausage, grape tomatoes, mozzarella cheese pearls, and black olives), and everyone raved about the dressing. At least 5 people asked me for the details of the dressing. I'm very disappointed that they've stopped carrying this product in store, and I'm afraid that Sam's will stop selling it, so I've purchased a couple online to keep in my pantry. I really hope that Sam's continues to sell this amazing product and bring it back in stores!

My family did not care for the flavor of this dressing. I eat a lot of salad and prefer vinaigrette dressings, but this one just did not make the cut. Plus after being in the refrigerator for one month, a thin coating of blue mold formed on it. It is trashed and I will not buy any more.

I tried it on salad which is what I bought it for and it was alright. It sat in my fridge for a few weeks while I continued to use my normal favorite dressings. Then I had the grand idea to marinate some chicken breasts with it. It was fantastic! I marinated the chicken boobs overnight and grilled them over a charcoal grill, they were flavorful and juicy and could be used in a variety of cuisines. I served them with garlic sauteed brocolli and kraft spaghetti.

I haven't reached anything in Sam's yet, but I do a lot of shopping there. This one deserves my first rating on this website. Delicious! Goes with a lot of things other than salad. Pasta salad, drizzle for a little amazing-ness in a sandwich - the possibilities are endless with this. Don't overload though! Cause a little goes a long way in flavor.
