The best salad Is a seedless cucumbers cubed with slivers of red peppers and sweet onions mixed in a bowl. Add about one cup of Member’s Mark White Vinaigrette adding about one or two teaspoon of sugar. Mix and refrigerate. Yum.

I use this marinade as for fish and seafood all of the time since it is the best addition to a fish dish I have found. My husband grew up in Florida and I came from the New England shore so we are both pretty picky when it comes to fish/seafood. This has justnthe right amount of citrus and herbs to work well with just about anything. It is also great as a dressing for a cold bean salad or any light Mediterranean meal you might care to make. So glad you still have this online.
