As good as any other brand of canned chicken and great to keep on hand during potential COVID lock downs. Not as good as fresh, or Rotisserie, chicken for chicken salad, but a solid substitute when neither of those are on hand.

Keep this on hand fir chicken salads. I literally make that weekly for meals and snacks. It isn't oily or bland. It has a nice flavor and is quality meat. The color is bright, as it should be...not dull or grayish.
