I’ve kept this Member’s Mark chunk chicken stocked for years, it’s a lifesaver for quick meals. The flavor is mild and consistent, with good-sized chunks that don’t turn to mush. Makes solid chicken salad, quesadillas, and casseroles without much prep. No weird fillers, just chicken, water, and salt, that’s it. Easy to open, easy to use, and a protein boost you can trust. It’s not gourmet rotisserie, but for busy days, it’s a reliable, good-quality shortcut. I’d recommend this to any household that wants emergency protein on standby without compromising on taste.

Received 2 packs of chicken. Usually this chicken is good and is in pristine packaging; however, 4 cans of each 6 pack were dented. Unfortunately unable to tell when the dents occurred so I had to discard these. Quite expensive for 4 cans of chicken.

I really love the convenience of having cooked chicken on hand when I need it and this tastes wonderful in every recipe I use it in. My favorite recipe involves making a savory batter heavily laden with this chicken and then cooking it in a waffle iron. Cut it up in bite size pieces and you’ve got fresh, moist chicken nuggets in minutes!

Unfortunately, the shipping box was handled roughly, resulting in one of the cans breaking open slightly, allowing the liquid to leak out, soaking the cardboard box. Our dog smelled the chicken, and tore up the box trying to get to the chicken inside. Fortunately, the mess was limited and our dog was ok.

This chicken was opened and smells so bad I had to immediately throw it out. I tried to take it back to the store and they wouldn’t take it back because they said they couldn’t find it in the product line.. but here I am responding to a request to review my purchase- go figure I’d be very careful about this product

don't ship this product. Most cans broke open as they were shipped individually with no packing material. What didn't break were severely dented. I think they would have made it if they were 6 pack sleeved as in the store. This can damage led to the whole house getting stinked up with the nasty smell of rotten chicken. It was two days that they sat in my house as my grandson moved them indoors when they arrived. The ladies at Sam's were not happy with this return as it stunk up their whole area.

I buy this chicken frequently. It's delicious, well priced/volume, and it lasts in the pantry for those times when we're craving anything from chicken salad to buffalo chicken dip. You can even shred it up for a chicken cheesesteak! A great and versatile item, highly recommended!

For years, I kept this on hand for a quick meal BUT no more! The EXTREME price increase makes it unaffordable. I'll stick to making my own by using chicken breast that I can buy frozen from Sams or on sale at the local market. Too bad as this was always good to have in the pantry.

I opened 2 cans of the chicken breast today and found there was a foul smell as well as discoloring. Attached is a picture I took to show you the yellow color. Sent picture along with email to corporate on August 18, 2024 and have NOT heard a word from the company.

The only reason for the 4 stars is that I think it’s a bit salty tasting. I tried making chicken salad out of it but didn’t like it much. However it makes the easiest great tasting enchiladas. I used the recipe that was on the can, but of course added a touch of my own.
