Pantry staple along with diced, canned tomatoes and onions for a quick sauce. Pasta stays aldente, and doesn't leave the water slimy like some other dry pastas. Easy to make dinner if unexpected guests stop by, or a midweek cloudy with a chance of meatballs kid pleasing meal.

This made nice spaghetti. Plenty for later.
