Towels left residue and pieces of fabric behind in my washing machine. I am drying them and then returning them. Very low quality! Poor material used! I have a photo of the washer drum but the app wont allow me to upload it.

I used to buy these towels and the quality was extraordinary. This year 2021 they changed the quality to super cheap, the loops of the towel are very big and now the threads come out and undone with the first wash! so sad
