Towels feel great %26 looked nice... until they got snagged on everything prior to even getting home/out of store, then very bad after using (prior to washing). The threads pull easily/get hooked on everything, and now look old %26 raggedy. Athough I loved everything about them initially, I wouldn't recommend, %26 definitely won't be purchasing any more after both sets snagged very easily (pulling very long threads %26 ruining). Very disappointing and a total waste of money!

These towels/hand towels were the best. The were so fluffy. Absolutely love the size. They even washed up nicer than the way I bought them. Felt even fluffier. We went back and bought more! I’m thinking about going again to get a few more for my daughters house.

I've bought all my towels from Sam's for 20 to 25 years and always loved the larger size, feel and function. These are not absorbent at all. They feel more like microfiber than cotton. They also changed their sheets. Time to find a better source for both.

I stayed at an Air Bnb that had these towels and they were so amazing I rushed home to buy some for myself. They are soft, thick, and fluffy. The colors are beautiful and the perform great. However as some other members recalled, they began to fray after just one wash. Threads are coming off the sides already. I had hoped these beautiful towels would be with me for a long time but I am worried they may not hold up to use. Obviously this is not the case for everybody who gets these, and they truly are wonderful towels.

Thrilled with these towels. The denim blue is perfect! They feel dreamy to all our household. Wash and dry by machine beautifully! Very absorbent and dry you off great so you feel nice and dry! Bought some for my Son as a gift and he also is thrilled! Will buy again to add to my 6!

I have shopped at a different membership store for a long time. I had no idea how competitive Sam’s Club would be with pricing and quality. I actually think Sam’s Club has better prices on most items. Their pick-up order option is wonderful. We order up to 6 times a week. I love these towels...they are great size, very soft, & great colors. The only complaint I have, why are you ALWAYS sold out of the peacock color. If they would return I would probably buy like 20+. Please bring the peacock color towels back to inventory in all sizes of towels. Other than that, great buy.

They are okay but I expected them to be softer. I did the rub and touch feel in the store before purchasing 2 complete sets but when I got them home and washed them, it wasn't the same feeling. Needless to say, I got new towels but I will not be purchasing any more sets of this brand.

This is my second set of Hotel Premier Collection towels. The first set I bought a year ago in the peacock color for our master bath. They are so fluffy and soft and are very absorbent. Plus, the color is rich and quite pretty. Not to mention, the great price! So when we recently moved and I needed a new set of towels for my kids’ bathrooms in our new house, I didn’t hesitate to buy more of the Hotel Premier Collection towels. This time I purchased the navy blue color, and they did not disappoint. The color is almost indigo - it’s very pretty - and my kids live their new, fluffy towels!

Bought these towels in white and it was like drying with a cloud. Bought the same towels in gray…they are lofty but not the same as the white. I don’t know if it’s the dying process that makes them different or not. Both are advertised as: Super-soft, thick 100% cotton "Air rich" pile technology for extra softness and absorbency.

I had two complete sets of these towels and wash cloths for years. I had wanted to increase the number that I had. The stores had stopped selling the ivory. So I had bought the brown ones at the store and ordered the ivory ones online. They match my old ones perfectly and will look like new for many years.
