we have bought members mark total protection unisex briefs-XL for 2 years now for my mother they are good quality (compared to other brands for cost and quality), and we only have the occasion where she goes more then what the breif will hold. for those occasions we buy members mark disposable bed pads which saves on laundry, they also work great and are good value. We have gone through many different brands and these ARE the best bang for your buck. the XL is approx a 12-14 female pant size for those wondering about comparison vs pant size

I liked the extra protection I experienced, but they were a little lose on me. I believe they would have fit a man more better than a woman. The women's ones are always too big and slide off of her for some reason, no matter what size I buy. Super happy with these.

My ASD son has issues with bed wetting and we have been trying to find some briefs that aren't uncomfortable for him. These were awesome. He didn't try pulling them off.
