Good Afternoon, we are so sorry to hear about these challenges and would like to provide some recommendations to help. When you start expanding the wing, pull in between the two blue side fasteners until the wing is fully extended. To help ensure a secure fit continue to pull in between the two blue side fasteners to apply to the front of the brief. Secure the fit by stretching each wing across the waist and gently press then rub the outside of the fastener to secure. Lastly, tug the panel to ensure the fasteners are fully engaged..
