Then we found these. She said they were almost just like putting on a pair of underwear. She says they are not big and bulky so people can see them under her clothes and the fit is perfect. She is no longer having to change clothes 3 or 4 times a day. This is huge for her because she was having skin breakdown from sitting in the urine because she wouldn't use any type of protection. Now she is using these correctly and we couldn't be happier and so is she. She is starting to have a little self confidence again and will go places again with me which she previously wouldn't do because she was afraid she would have an accident. Been wearing these for last 2 years 24/7 by choice, great asborabency, dependable for the most part, love the diaper form. For the price , u wont find as is or better quality for this price, however id rather buy in store , kinda mad its online only , when they get shipped its as is, no discretion what so ever, so embarrassing

When you have to buy for both men and women...these are perfect. I got these for elderly relatives that have some "control" issues. I was very pleased at the quality, sizing, absorbency, and texture of the material. The material was soft and nonirritating. Also, sizing/fit worked well.

Bought two boxes M 60ct everyone of them 120 had defective left side panels not properly attached had to use packaging tape to secure them not useable without the tape very disappointed in them not like the usual good quality i'm accustomed to from Sam's club hope on my next order that will be corrected

The tabs on the large are wide. The tabs on the xl are 2 small tabs and tear every time I change mom. Lately the absorbency is bad. At first they were pretty good. Maybe she is just going to the restroom more? That still does not excuse the tabs ripping off. I am going to try the xxl and hope those are not too big. It looks like they have the 1 large tab. I repurchased large due to the tabs. But, they are just too small. Fingers crossed.

I didn’t break any trying to get the perfect fit because they stretch! So they fit perfectly and they are comfortable as well. They also come with the dry fit feature that keeps you feeling comfortable and dry throughout the day when your wet. with these briefs you can be comfortable and, confident about being incontinent!

With that being said they are not good for temporary use they are better for someone that is bed ridden and doesn't move much. Other than that they were comfortable.

She tried them, nothing that they were a bit larger in size for being unisex but very absorbent. They didn’t irritate her skin like other brands have, but she didn’t like how bulky they felt under her clothes.
