The sizing on these is pretty generous. I am pretty large, and am able to wear these fairly comfortably. The design is slim but it covers all the right places without a big fuss. Very absorbent, and easy to take off and on in between uses. Overall, I am very pleased with this product.

Having used Member's Mark briefs for my daughter, now 27 years old, for over a decade, I too was a bit bothered by the new tab design a year or so ago. However, we adjusted to it and this is still the best brief on the market that I've seen in terms of reliability, comfort and ease of use. Honestly, as my daughter's primary caregiver I can say these undergarments are a godsend. They are not any sort of plastic that I would recognize, and we can only hope that the ton of them that we send to the landfill annually decomposes better than plastic. It would be great to be told that their production is also generally less environmentally horrible while maintaining their superior integrity. There are tens if not hundreds of thousands of people like us in similar difficult situations who absolutely rely on these mundane unmentionable things for our very freedom. Thank you so much!

Sams club tried to release this exact same design a few years ago with the same awful results, people hate them! These are the worse adult diapers. I am a care giver and can tell you that they rip, break, do not stay fastened, and fall down when the person stands and walks. They are horrible! The old design was much better, go back to them with one new feature, make them more deep, add length to them. That was my only quam about the old ones. But for sure throw all you have left in your stockroom of these new adult briefs and make a huge bon fire......that is all they are good for. Again, you tried this same exact design a few years back and I saw the God awful reviews then, why would you go back to them? My advice is that you have a commitee of people who need to use these diapers and ask them what they need, not some marketing major who is fresh out of college who never even saw an adult diaper, much less used one, designing one of your best sellers. Leakage protection was not a constant worry when using these. One other great feature about the Member's Mark Total Protection Unisex Briefs is the odor protection.

Sole caregiver for a family member who is a very tiny person and recently had a stroke. The elastic in any diaper bothers her terribly & leaves big red marks. Since I am not able to find the "flat" diapers (old fashioned which do not have any elastic - previously able to get them at Sams several years ago for another family member), these have been the very best I've tried so far. They are a bit more expensive than several others I've tried, but less than other big brands & these are worth it. I do have to cut the elastic out, but these are easy to do that & I have found these to keep the moisture away from her skin much better than any other. The mediums are pretty big for a very tiny (4' 11" 92 or so lb) person, but to keep the moisture away from fragile skin, and having to cut the elastic away, these do a great job. I'm especially glad to have these to use overnight. I'm sure this would not apply for most folks, but I do have to cut the long velcro tab in half to make the diaper fit better - on half straight across & the top half pulled down a bit at an angle to keep it better in place on her little waist. Also, probably won't apply to most, but I appreciate the ability to tear the velcro tab away from the diaper when doing overnight/sound asleep changes - this is so that it doesn't catch on her skin during a change. It is really uncomfortable for tiny people to have to wear something so bulky, but we've managed to make this work well overnight.

She feels comfortable sure we have not had any leaks and for her it is important that the smell is not present so I recommend it because it is very practical
