Then we found these. She said they were almost just like putting on a pair of underwear. She says they are not big and bulky so people can see them under her clothes and the fit is perfect. She is no longer having to change clothes 3 or 4 times a day. This is huge for her because she was having skin breakdown from sitting in the urine because she wouldn't use any type of protection. Now she is using these correctly and we couldn't be happier and so is she. She is starting to have a little self confidence again and will go places again with me which she previously wouldn't do because she was afraid she would have an accident. The women's ones are always too big and slide off of her for some reason, no matter what size I buy. Super happy with these.

we have bought members mark total protection unisex briefs-XL for 2 years now for my mother they are good quality (compared to other brands for cost and quality), and we only have the occasion where she goes more then what the breif will hold. for those occasions we buy members mark disposable bed pads which saves on laundry, they also work great and are good value. We have gone through many different brands and these ARE the best bang for your buck. the XL is approx a 12-14 female pant size for those wondering about comparison vs pant size
