Far exceeds the name brand for absorbency and odor control at a fraction of the price. No leakage problems or tearing of the tabs. The nursing staff says it is the best they have used.

These were great for my Aunt who's in a nursing home and it's unfortunate that you all stop selling all the other sizes. Why, say something... the other offers are not as good and very cheap.

These are awful. They have worthless tabs, no absorption, zero elasticity, the dimensions are off so they fit poorly, and they are flimsy so they can't really be worn. All around, they're the worst I've encountered.

New type1 diabetic with severe neuropathy. Only been wearing disposables for 11 months. I've had the same issues with the tabs that others' have had. I've had them tear on me while trying to put them on and I can't get both tabs open at the same time. But, with full incontinence including bowel, these are the best brief's I've found for the cost and with me going through one diaper an hour, I just want them to be comfortable and secure. Having confidence everything is contained and they won't leak initially, is critical to me. These will easily hold one overflow void where three times the amount of urine is released immediately and quickly, but they have to be changed right away. I do wish they had interior leak guards for bowel incontinence, Without them, it can get more messier than it should! But at sixty-five cents per diaper, they are cost effective for me. Some of the better medical one's I've bought have been at least $2 dollars a diaper.

Tabs do not stick well. If my husband could move around, these would not work for him.

I tried these briefs an got my bestie to try them as well...we were both thrilled how well they worked an were comfy.

I found that it hold tightly during use, but it can rip and become a mess if over used, I would suggest changing this immediately.
