[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for the lady I care for. She's incontinent, day and night. We've tried many brand names with no luck. They all leak. Thankfully, these do their job. A huge bonus is that they are less expensive than the other brands we've used.

I'm happy with the quality and we will be purchasing them again. Using for my mother who has trouble getting to the bathroom in time. Easy to put on and have easy velcro tabs that work for most size medium bodies. Also easy to remove fas if needed.

Sole caregiver for a family member who is a very tiny person and recently had a stroke. The elastic in any diaper bothers her terribly & leaves big red marks. Since I am not able to find the "flat" diapers (old fashioned which do not have any elastic - previously able to get them at Sams several years ago for another family member), these have been the very best I've tried so far. They are a bit more expensive than several others I've tried, but less than other big brands & these are worth it. I do have to cut the elastic out, but these are easy to do that & I have found these to keep the moisture away from her skin much better than any other. The mediums are pretty big for a very tiny (4' 11" 92 or so lb) person, but to keep the moisture away from fragile skin, and having to cut the elastic away, these do a great job. I'm especially glad to have these to use overnight. I'm sure this would not apply for most folks, but I do have to cut the long velcro tab in half to make the diaper fit better - on half straight across & the top half pulled down a bit at an angle to keep it better in place on her little waist. Also, probably won't apply to most, but I appreciate the ability to tear the velcro tab away from the diaper when doing overnight/sound asleep changes - this is so that it doesn't catch on her skin during a change. It is really uncomfortable for tiny people to have to wear something so bulky, but we've managed to make this work well overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are comfortable and absorbant. I liked the multiple tabs. The tabs made it easy to make it fit on my body and stay in place. I would recommend it to friends and family and tell them to pass word on to others.

Having used Member's Mark briefs for my daughter, now 27 years old, for over a decade, I too was a bit bothered by the new tab design a year or so ago. However, we adjusted to it and this is still the best brief on the market that I've seen in terms of reliability, comfort and ease of use. Honestly, as my daughter's primary caregiver I can say these undergarments are a godsend. They are not any sort of plastic that I would recognize, and we can only hope that the ton of them that we send to the landfill annually decomposes better than plastic. It would be great to be told that their production is also generally less environmentally horrible while maintaining their superior integrity. There are tens if not hundreds of thousands of people like us in similar difficult situations who absolutely rely on these mundane unmentionable things for our very freedom. Thank you so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used these on my resident and I must say they are great! They feel like cotton so they’re like having on real underwear vs wearing diapers. I didn’t break any trying to get the perfect fit because they stretch! So they fit perfectly and they are comfortable as well. They also come with the dry fit feature that keeps you feeling comfortable and dry throughout the day when your wet. with these briefs you can be comfortable and, confident about being incontinent!

I have used these for years now and never a problem till now. The back seam pulls a part. I put one on and the right seam just pulls apart or I sit down and it pulls apart. This has happened on 5 of my briefs so far out of a package. I have to change them right away when they come a part. It has always been the right side and some tear as soon as I put them on and I mean all the way down till they fall down not what you want to happen.

Then we found these. She said they were almost just like putting on a pair of underwear. She says they are not big and bulky so people can see them under her clothes and the fit is perfect. She is no longer having to change clothes 3 or 4 times a day. This is huge for her because she was having skin breakdown from sitting in the urine because she wouldn't use any type of protection. Now she is using these correctly and we couldn't be happier and so is she. She is starting to have a little self confidence again and will go places again with me which she previously wouldn't do because she was afraid she would have an accident. I found these to be very absorbent and the fasteners were reliable. They stayed closed throughout the night despite the fact that he moves a lot during the night. He doesn’t hesitate to complain if something is uncomfortable but he had no issues wearing these each evening. I’m pleased and will be using these pants in the future!
