I was in an accident 4 years ago. As a result, I am now a paraplegic, and have no control of my voids. Needless to say, I have tried a LOT of these "briefs". (They are really diapers.) Semantics. Anyway, whatever you want to call them, they are great. The best I've tried. We do add a leak pad folded in thirds at the base of the labia. It catches any overflow urine and keeps the back dry, keeps feces out of the female area, etc.

These are amazing, we have had no leaks since using them on my mother. I highly recommend them.

The older design was better. This newer design rips, tears, and breaks, nor or they as absorbent. Company was clearly not thinking about the consumer or the caregivers.

I have used these for over 2 years for my mom and totally love them. They are great for overnight and other times. The adjustable tabs make then fit great. They dont get hot like other brands do.

I did like these before. Now they have changed in absorbency and the tabs. They leak more, leave marks on the skin. The new tabs do not stay in place and rip easily.

I have used these for years now and never a problem till now. The back seam pulls a part. I put one on and the right seam just pulls apart or I sit down and it pulls apart. This has happened on 5 of my briefs so far out of a package. I have to change them right away when they come a part. It has always been the right side and some tear as soon as I put them on and I mean all the way down till they fall down not what you want to happen.
