All of my clients that I have use them love them! No tears or leaks. Very absorbent. Easy to put on and take off. Gives my people a sense of relief. That they can go out for periods of time and not worry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received these I thought they looked very big. After trying them on they seemed to fit well though they are kinda bulky. They seem to be for someone whom needs full protection and not for just occasional leakage. I think there needs to be more Velcro put on the closures. They only have 2 little 2 inch stripes and if your moving around at all I wouldn't trust them to stay secure.

Member's Mark Total Protection Adult Briefs for Men & Women are very natural feeling that prevents any leaks for happening while feeling like you don't have it on because it absorbs very well and they fit so naturally you can do everything you normally would and they never bunch up or leak thru the sides as they stay in place and can not be seen while wearing them so nobody even knows. He has medical tubes that would make any pull up type brief impossible to put on comfortably. The Member's Mark briefs are easy to put on in any position, and the tabs are re-usable for adjusting, if necessary. The briefs are very absorbent, and there is no unpleasant odor when the brief is "used"
