My husband and I care for our special needs son at home. We have been purchasing briefs from Sam's for years. I am so disappointed with this new brief to the point of tears. First, they don't fit well. The mediums, which we have always purchased before, are too small now. My son is very uncomfortable in them. The large briefs swallow him, and even though I folded, tucked, and rolled them it was no use. Everything leaked out. The cut is wrong and neither of them fit him well. Secondly, the side piece design is unnecessarily difficult, especially for people with painful joints in the hands. It takes forever just to unwrap them and I get discouraged at the extra time it adds to my day. Thirdly, they seem to be absorbent, but they leak leaving messes everywhere. Needless to say, my workload has increased. On a happier note, I thank the person who responded to other reviewers to let them know that the old brief was still available. I just ordered 5 packs.Sure hope they stick around for awhile.

I bought these for my bed bound mother, who is at most 100 lbs soaking wet with a 36 inch waist and the Velcro will barely reach and doesn’t stick very well. Rest of the diaper is great, she even said it was very cushioned. Price was great but they just didn’t work out.

I am so saddened to have received very poor quality of Briefs for men and women. These briefs are so flimsy and do not fit my husband who is in a wheelchair and wears briefs and has been since March 2019. I was using the Adjustable Brief with 48 to a case and suddenly you send me these and if I had more to use of the former ones I would send them back, but they did not come in a regular box only the shipping box and that has never happened before. I am so disgusted I have been using the ones I mentioned above on line and in the store for over a year. Please tell me you are going to stock them again. I took some back to the Big Bend address and they refused to take them back because they were not in the original box and these never came in the original box. I had two probems with this order, one I ordered fabrick softener, and the bottle leaked out a ton of the softener all over the box it was shipped in and I tried to send a picture of the plastic bag with a lot of softener in it but, no one responded to any of the email addresses I sent it too. Its convenient for me to order on line since my husband had the stroke and its not easy for me to shop much.

My in-home caregivers thanked me for switching to this brand, commenting on how much more secure these were at capturing wetness than other brands.

For some reason they have once again changed these diapers. The velcro does not stick and half of the diapers had ripped chassis. Such a waste.

Used to buy men’s s-M diapers now changed the size it is too small plus you can’t get it online or in store this is very annoying

Ok. The Medium size is incorrectly measured. It barely fits a size 48 waist. If you could add 2.5 inches to the adjustable tab that would be wonderful.

Great diapers at a reasonable price, but seriously why aren't these in store? Paying $10 for shipping is ridiculous when you can get the walmart version shipped for free!

We have been buying this diapers for a very long time, and every time they change, has been for a better quality, except this new ones, the tape doesn’t work at all. Hope something will be done about it.

These are horrible. Maybe I just don't know how to put them on a person. but they are difficult to fasten, still flimsy and don't hold up well. Feel like pulll ups are easier to put on a person laying in bed than this product. Never again
