Didn't include scoop, how much per load I am suppose to add. Please help.

The only use for it is to clean the dog bed and bathroom mats because I didn't want to waste good detergent.

I read the reviews and the though it was good but come to find out that it’s trash. When u open the bucket is looks like sand and I try to wash a kitchen towel and it didn’t even create any soap. Worst thing
