Perfect soap for traffic restrooms/office

Bought this for the church they are great

Doesn't anyone else have this problem? I purchased the dispenser and box of 2 bags of soap at the beginning of the pandemic. The 1st bag performed flawlessly and every drop of soap was used. The 2nd bag leaked horribly!. I purchased another box of 2 bags. The first bag worked well for weeks but has begun to leak in a steady stream. If you open the dispenser, you will see that the spout has stuck in the up position and you have to manually pull it back down. No amount of repositioning the bag alleviates this problem. This was a great dispenser until so many bags began exhibiting the same problem.

Easy to use

I bought the dispenser and installed it on my bathroom wall. I had bought the hand soap that SamsClub stocked right beside the dispenser and it is not the right soap. The soap is not in stock and they told me they rarely get it in! Now I’m stuck with an empty dispenser. Either that or take it off and have holes in my wall. Ecolab, can you help me?

I purchased the wrong product. You need a dispenser in order to use the soap. Missed that information when I ordered it.

I have been using this soap and the dispensers for years without an issue, now i can't get any refills. Why?

We bought the dispenser but have never been able to fine the soap in the store or online. Good product but can’t find it

I bought the Member's Mark dispensers and can't get refills for it so now I have to replace all my dispensers.
