This was my favorite hand soap. The dispenser is very convenient and one pump of the soap left my hands feeling clean without being dried out.I've used it for a few years now, but this recent refill is awful. It doesn't foam as much as it used to, and two pumps aren't as effective as one pump used to be. Actually, it doesn't make suds at all really aside from the initial pump and makes me wonder if there's any real soap in it at all. Please bring back the old formula.

I love using this soap and the price is reasonable and I'm I'm surely not going to complain that it's too full but I have 4 cases, boxes of 2, and I am going to have to change products because someone snatched our Dispenser off the wall VALENTINE WEEKEND and I haven't been able to get another one even though I try at least 3x a week. All I know to do is buy another brand because I use too much to keep trying to find antibacterial soap each week

Bought this about a week ago. I was instantly in love! Everyone in the house loves it! The price for the double pack of antibacterial soap is really good! The soap is light. The pouches are a really good size. The dispenser was a GREAT price! It was an all around love and a great buy!

Super disappointed. We purchased these wall units for our Community Center, we have a lot of people who are mentally challenged so this product cannot be used.. I just read some reviews and see that this has been an ongoing problem for almost a year now and there has been no resolution. Super disappointed in the soap as well, it dries your hands out and smells gross.

So frustrated! I've been using the Members Mark dispenser with these refills for several years. Bought a box of refills last week and when I tried to install them the dispensers wouldn't close. Took the refills back and got another box. Same problem. Finally ended up pumping out a bunch of the soap just to get the dispensers to close securely. This is not an acceptable solution to the problem!

We have been buying this product for years and now we have to empty about half the bag to get the soap dispenser to close. This is a waste of time and money. It continues to pop open the dispenser if you do not pump out nearly half of the soap. What is going on with this product? We have the appropriate soap dispensers and I even changed out an existing one to a new dispenser to see if they had changed the casing. No luck. This is no longer an effective product combination.

We recently purchased two dispensers and the refills for our office bathrooms in an effort to make soap restocking easier. Well this certainly isn't easier. In order to get the bag to fit, you have to empty almost half the bag for the unit to close. Not only is this a major waste but it is also a mess. If the bag fit easily, I could maybe forgive the smell but given the headache the units caused already, the awful smell of the soap is like a kick in the balls. I called Sam's to report the issue and they didn't seem at all concerned. They sent me to Ecolabs who cared even less and told me there was no way to even report a complaint because it was a Member's Mark brand and then directed me back to Sam's. Sam's again had not concern with the faulty product that bears their brand name and offered a refund. A refund is a nice gesture but not really the issue. I want to keep the product, I just want it to work... I wish we would have read the more recent reviews. We saw the overall star rating and assumed they would be good. What a mistake.

We have purchased this hand soap for many years. The recent soap seems to be made differently and not clean hands as effective as the previous formula. We use it multiple times a day and work in the automotive industry so we put soap to the test. Can you please go back to the previous formula?

We purchased this soap along with the Members Mark dispenser and we're completely satisfied. We didn't have the issue that others have reported with the soap bag being too big for the dispenser. At first glance it definitely LOOKS like it is not going to fit, but if you just follow the instructions and position the bag properly, you should have no problem whatsoever. We were able to position the bag and close the lid easily, and we did not have to force the lid closed as others have reported. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!

I recently purchased this soap to put in my dispenser. It did not fit, so I called the 800 number on the box. The EcoLab person told me this was a "known defect" and return it to the store. He suggested I buy this product so I would get a different lot and it should work. My package arrived and I still have the same problem. I called Sam's Club customer service and they are sending out another package. I just don't believe this will fit as it will come from the same warehouse. Why is this so difficult?
