Best, freshest minced garlic in garlic brine beats all other brands and so much cheaper than little packages and bottles sold in grocery stores. I always buy two as the price is right and we use minced garlic in most dishes to enhance the flavor.

I was hesitant to buy garlic this way instead of fresh bulbs; however the consistently great taste, texture, availability, and lack of burning my tongue easily overcame my doubts, not to mention the time saved and minimal clean up.

Such a convenient way to store garlic and convient to use. I keep my opened jar in the refrigerator for a quick grab to add flavor to most any of my meals.
