Convinent but you get what you paid for. Citiric Acid gives you sour flavor. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

the last 2 times I purchased this product I had to toss it out because it developed a horrible chemical odor and taste after it was open

Jar had been opened, seal perforated. Shopper put it in my van, jar tipped over and my van still smells of garlic. Check jar before you buy

This says it is garlic in water and that would be great. The citric acid that they put in it to preserve the garlic males it taste like lemon. Ruined my garlic potatoes. I don't recommend this.
