Tastes and smells like chemicals. Makes the food taste like chemicals too if the entree doesn’t have a lot of other seasonings in it. This product is from China as well. Will be returning it if I can.

The last few times we have purchased, the seal has been compromised %26 leaking. Overall, this is our go-to minced garlic. We prefer the preservative citric acid, used by Member's Mark, over sodium benzoate used by other brands

I bought a container last year that I used for months with no problems. I bought one this spring, and in less than a month, mold was growing inside. It's not worth buying if it goes bad that fast.
