I finally ran out of my previous jar of member’s mark minced garlic. It last forever in my fridge, and I frequently use it when cooking. It’s convenient and time saving to have pre-minced garlic on hand.

Convenient and in the quantity needed for heavy garlic users. Sometimes, you can't smash, mince or chop fresh garlic due to handicap, arthritis or the like. Also makes cooking faster. And the price is amazing.

We will have garlic for quite awhile! 48 oz. is quite a quantity, but we are adding daily to more dishes and enjoying the flavor. Keeps well in Refrigerator.

It is good quality. Taste good and well packaged. However it is minced quite big compared to other brand. So beside enhancing the taste of the food, it leave chuncks for guests to chew.

We use it for convenience but it isn't the greatest, but then none of the bulk minced garlic is great. The flavor is weak and the pieces slightly large. It is more of a chopped garlic than minced.

I love using minced garlic for so many foods, especially when a recipe called for garlic. I just scoop it up and add it to the mix. It taste delicious and so fresh.

I can’t believe I haven’t been buying minced garlic this way for a long time. If you use a lot of garlic in your cooking this is a steal. High quality and great taste.

We use garlic in our dinner recipes nearly everyday. I save so much by buying in bulk. The only issue is there’s a lot of water. I feel like it would be more cost effective if I wasn’t pouring out so much.
