From Good/Good to Average/Average

I've been using this brand paper towel several years. After trying it, I was convinced; it was a very good substitute for the higher priced brand I'd been using. I'm glad to see that I'm not alone in noting a difference in the quality of the product (processing included) . When I went to tear off one sheet, the ply was mismatched so I ended up pulling off more than I wanted or needed. I have not notice any decline in absorbency but I am disappointed to paying more for lesser quality. I'm looking forward to improvements in quality that will match the increased consumer cost. ty

These are not very good towels any more.

I buy these towels regularly, but not any longer unfortunately. They used to be great, picked up spills well, were thick and a good value. Now they are so thin I have to use twice to three times as many towels to do the same job as before so how is this a good value? I noticed you cheapened the MM TP and the parchment paper and now the paper towels. STOP cheapening your products please!

towels have no perforations for tearing.

Long time member of SAM's and have purchased the Members Mark Super Premium 2 ply towels with great success, but the last two batches I have purchased have no perforations for tearing and causes a huge loss of paper. Quality control at the manufacturer leaves a lot to be desired. Disappointed.

Used to be Awesome

I have purchased these for years and thought they were just as good as Bounty; however, after my last purchase I will be switching to Bounty. I buy generic whenever I can but the quality of these has decreased so dramatically I have to switch. They are much thinner than they used to be so I find myself using a ton just to clean up regular messes. It will probably end up being cheaper to purchase Bounty because I won't have to use as much. I'm really disappointed, I used to love these paper towels. They are so bad I'm considering giving away the rest of my rolls.

Quality change

This used to be the best quality paper towels you could get for a decent price. However I just bought a new package of these, and to be honest, I am very off-put by how much cheaper in quality this product has become. The sheets are much thinner, and their durability when cleaning up a mess is questionable at best. Please fix this. This is nothing more than making a product cheaper, and not giving a price break to your patrons.

Quality Dropped

More like facial tissue than napkins

These napkins were previously good quality on par with the big green brand, that we bought for years, but this is no longer the case. We purchased our most recent pack and found that these were almost as flimsy as facial tissue. I wish members mark would have just chosen to increase the price a tad if needed to maintain quality, but I think this was all the plan to push us to buy their new more expensive napkin product. We will no longer buy this product.

Less product, higher cost... who wouldn't love it?

So the 16 roll pack that used to cost $15.00, is now a 15 pack of smaller rolls that costs $16.50. The new paper towels don't seem as strong as the old version either. Time to shop this again and look for something cheaper or better. I hope the people that make these decisions know that there is a certain "tune out" factor every time you make changes to something like this.

why?

I buy these towels every month. This month when I opened the first roll I could tell right away they had changed them! They are thinner, flimsy and less absorbant. Why do companies have to do this? Leave well enough alone! Ugggh! Back to paying more for Bounty!
